The copyright policy on services provided by OSI will vary, depending on the details of the service agreement, and will be negotiated between OSI and the customer.
While our own work is open source, we do offer a propriety option for our consulting and design services, which allows the customer to own the rights to the product we provide them with.
We also offer an open source option for all of our services, where the product remains open source, at a discounted price for the customer.
The warranty on services provided by OSI vary and are contingent on the details of the service agreement. A warranty agreement will be negotiated between OSI and the customer.
